Relation Between National Integration and National Development (Case study: Hamadan PNUs Teachers)

This survey has been studied the relation between national integration and national development. Goals of this research included; Explanation of significant relation between factors of social integration (national union, union criteria, social order, love and implementation of social justice) and national development. Theory framework of research is a combination of Islamic and non Islamic social scientists^ʼs theories. Sample size of research has been selected with random multi-phase- sampling. Technique for data gathering was questionnaire. Reliability of pilot study was % 84.78. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for data analysis that performed in SPSS software. The study showed that implementation of social justice (R= 43/5%) and national union (R= 32/4%) have the most correlation with social development. Path analysis showed that Love had the most effect on other variables and other variables affect on social union. So, there is strong significant relation between national integration and national development (R= 0/ 458).
