Abstract
Developments in the cultural Iran has been heavily influenced by international system, and competitions of the great powers. In the recent two centuries, this factor has put negative impact on the convergence and integration among the nations of the Cultural Iran region and was the cause of disintegration in this region. Therefore, the important effect of the international system in this region is creating differences and disintegration.
With regard to the essential changes at different levels (national, regional and international levels) after the cold war, and the common culture and civilization of the nations in the Cultural Iran, the backgrounds of integration in this region is prepared. Considering these prere quisites, the nations in this region can influence the divergence and strengthen the integration at the regional level.
In this article, with a look at the role of international system to prevent the convergence, I argue about the impacts of the international system to create disintegration in the Cultural Iran. Then, with reviewing cultural factors, I explain how the common culture in the Cultural Iran can create convergence and integration among the nations in this region.
