ISIS; Popular Geopolitics and the Social Media "The Safavian Army" and "The Nation of the Cross"

Abstract
Media situation in geopolitical processes and its impact on the political agencies is an interesting subject for the researchers. Critical approach in Geopolitical studies that called critical geopolitics, causes changes and evolutions in this branch of human kind knowledge that one of them is the geopolitical researches based on Medias that is known as popular geopolitics.
Mass medias that were in the hand of governments and were limited by their sovereignty, and also are too important for every agencies including geopolitical agency, today with generation change and nature, shifted on internet based medias that known as social media and causes most complication of media based powers equations. One of the new agents in geopolitics that apply his geopolitical codes by the social media is the ISIS that it’s kind of using of this media is the most important problems in this research.
This research follows analytical-descriptive method and semiotics for information analyzing reviews and analyzes social media situation on creating new geopolitical agents and ISIS way of using this media to apply its geopolitical codes and most important social media on popular geopolitics of ISIS.
The results that come from two case studies show us that ISIS represent its justification and apply its geopolitical codes in social media.
