Research Policy of Promoting the Culture of Sacrifice and Martyrdom in Khorasan Razavi’s Governmental Organizations

The purpose of this study is providing operational strategies based on research policy in promoting the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom of Khorasan Razavi province focusing on governmental organizations. Since the research policy is to seek appropriate ways, at the end of the study provided strategies based on research policy methodology. Research policy is based on Cast analysis, structural parameters, potential outcomes and the final recommendations. The research methodology is based on research policy measures. Culture of sacrifice and martyrdom is called common values and norms of forgiveness to gift of life. In this Research to scrutiny procedure, findings and recommendations have benefited the experts of all governmental agencies in Khorasan Razavi Province, which has primary responsibility for promoting a culture of sacrifice and martyrdom. The findings show that, firstly, promoting the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom follows at the background - process - result model. Policy recommendations are presented in two types of executive and content. Finally, the most important strategies for each sector are such as the revival of the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom in the production of educational content, the promotion of cultural and sacrifice and martyrdom, to promote the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom binding budget management, public institutions, non-governmental organizations, social and cultural participation.
