Cultural Exchange: Prerequisites and Functions

The necessary condition for building a civilization is the expansion and development of culture in its external atmosphere and spillover of its influence to other cultures. Indeed, it cultures are confined to their own geographical domains and do not find an opportunity for their introduction in other societies beyond their own social boundaries in order to confront with other cultures, they are not likely to find an opportunity to build a cicilization.
On the other hand, although today one can speak of the civilization and dialogue among them, in reality, only one culture is the dominant one, that is, the Western culture. Under this circumstances, there is only one option left for lanuching dialogue among civilizations, that is, cultural revivalism. The present article alludes to cultural revivalism as the only step towads cultual exchange.
