Political culture and National Identity

Abstract
Political culture often leads to the formation of different viewpoints of people towards their national identity. What makes the members of a given society to assume a unique identity for themselves, is mainly their culture and its symbolic aspects. In this article, describing the process of the creation of political culture and its components, the author attempts to, first study the relative position of identity in this area, then summarily discuss some features of Iranian as well as western political cultures.
