What is consensus? Why is it rational and acceptable norm? How is it obtained?
The constitution is one of the most achievement of revolutions and it’s original function is consensus-building which has different types.
This article assesess the consensual content of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s constitution, in order to find answers about the nature, reasons of acceptability and ways of achieving different types of consensus.
