The present work will eventually try to demonstrate that in this school of thought the criterion used to determine an individual s identity in society lies in communitarian identities. According to John Rawls, this criterion stands against the antecedently liberal individual identity. And as a result, communitarianism, by using contextual methodology and through emphasizing the especial qualities of political new-virtualism, tries to show that prioritizing the communitarian identities is the most appropriate and the fairest adjustment in public policymaking. Firstly, the current work will delineate that communitarians contextual methodology stands against the liberals universal and foundational methodology. Secondly, communitarianism in the political and philosophical virtualism has its roots in ancient Greece. Thirdly, it will demonstrate that political new-virtualism about the identity of man emphasizes the communitarian identities. And last, prioritizing group and communitarian identities is not necessarily an imposing approach in regard to public policymaking. In other words, communities do not deny our liberty and our individuality. این نوشتار در صدد است تا ملاک تعین‌بخشیدن به هویت فرد را در جامعه از منظر جماعت‌گرایانی چون السدیر مک‌اینتایر، مایکل ساندل، چارلز تیلور و تا حدی مایکل والزر توضیح دهد. بر این اساس، روشن خواهیم نمود که این مکتب، ملاک تعین‌بخشیدن به هویت فرد در جامعه را در هویت‌های جماعتی جست‌وجو می‌کند. این ملاک در نقطه‌ی مقابل  هویت ازپیش‌فردیت‌یافته‌ی لیبرالی (به روایت جان راولز) قرار دارد. در این راستا، مکتب جماعت‌گرایی با بهره‌گیری از روش‌شناسی زمینه‌گرا و با تأکید بر ویژگی‌های اساسی نوفضیلت‌گرایی سیاسی تلاش دارد تا تقدم بخشیدن به هویت‌های جماعتی را به مثابه‌ی بهترین و عادلانه‌ترین تنظیمات در سیاستگذاری عمومی مطرح نماید.  بدین‌ ترتیب، در این نوشتار، روشن خواهد شد که اولاً، روش‌شناسی زمینه‌گرای جماعت‌گرایان در تقابل با روش‌شناسی جهان‌شمول و بنیان‌گرای لیبرال‌ها قرار دارد. ثانیاً، جماعت‌گرایی در فضیلت‌گرایی فلسفی و سیاسی یونان باستان ریشه دارد. ثالثاً، نگرش نوفضیلت‌‌گرایی سیاسی در باب هویت انسانی بر هویت‌های جماعتی تأکید دارد. رابعاً، تقدم بخشیدن به هویت‌های گروهی و جماعتی، لزوماً روی‌کردی تحمیل‌گر در باب سیاستگذاری عمومی نیست و به بیان دیگر، جماعت‌ها آزادی و فردیت ما را انکار نمی‌نمایند. https://www.rjnsq.ir/article_101522_3f8270844fc458cfb407cb6661e5f312.pdf
